Samantha Futerman is a Korean American adoptee from New Jersey. She attended the Professional Performing Arts School in New York City and graduated from Boston University in 2009 with a BFA in Theatre Arts and Anthropology. In 2011 she moved to Los Angeles to further pursue her career. Her feature film credits include MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA and 21 & OVER. She can also be seen on Showtime’s THE BIG C and KROLL SHOW on Comedy Central. After her extraordinary experience of discovering her twin sister, Samantha felt compelled to share her story and fell into the role of director by happenstance.

Ryan Miyamoto was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. He graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Television, Film and New Media. His work can be seen on National Geographic, Discovery Channel, ABC, CBS, NBC, Disney, and Red Bull Productions. To fulfill the production’s needs, Ryan not only served as cinematographer, but expanded his role to a directorial position alongside Samantha.

Robert Breech is an Emmy Award winning producer known for his work on Picket Fences, L.A Law, Chicago Hope, Ally McBeal and The Practice. He began his career as a practicing attorney, having earned his B.A. from Stanford and his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law, but left his practice to earn an MFA in producing at USC. After working briefly in documentary film, Robert joined L.A. Law as a Producer through its sixth season. He later worked on Picket Fences before producing both The Practice and Ally McBeal. 

Jenna Ushkowitz is a stage and television actress, singer, writer, and producer best known for her performances in Broadway musicals and for her role as Tina Cohen-Chang on Glee. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan in 2007 with a B.A. in Theatre Arts, with a concentration in Performance and a minor in Musical Theater. 

Michael Scott Allen is a professional actor born and raised in Arlington, TX, and residing in Los Angeles, CA. Michael attended the Boston University School of Theater where he studied all facets of theatre. While at BU he studied abroad at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, where he spent a semester focusing in Shakespeare and Restoration theatre. After receiving his BFA in Theater Arts from BU, Since moving to Los Angeles in 2011, Michael has become a serious working actor in Television, Film, and Theater. 

Steve Brown is founder and CEO of Ignite Channel, an independent film and media company focused on arts and innovation. Previously, Steve directed and produced “Spark: A Burning Man Story,” a documentary feature that premiered at SXSW 2013. Throughout his career, Steve has been a founder, CEO and board member of innovative media and tech ventures that empower people to pursue their passion. Steve was founder of Health Hero Network, a pioneer of personal health monitoring, and cofounder of Catch.com, a mobile applications company focused on creative collaboration. Brown graduated from Stanford University in 1991 with a B.S. in physics. 

For over thirty years, Jeff Consiglio, has been credited as a director, producer, editor and creative consultant on a wide array of film productions. Jeff is known for his work on the documentary INOCENTE, which took home the 2013 Academy Award for “Best Documentary Short Subject”. He is also edited WARDANCE, which was nominated for an Academy Award in 2008 for Best Documentary Feature and the HBO documentary feature LIFE ACCORDING TO SAM, which received an Emmy for “Exceptional Merit in Documentary Filmmaking” and the Peabody Award in 2014. Jeff is currently producing two documentary feature films including TWINSTERS. He serves as an editorial consultant and travels to universities and film schools across the country presenting his original film seminar, “Lying, Cheating and Stealing, the Art of Honest Storytelling.”
